PROCUREMENT:
This change order adds funds for additional services to finalize the implementation plan for the Hall Road Safety & Congestion Management Study. This scope of services builds upon prior professional services associated with Hall Road to identify ways to improve safety and operations along the two lane corridor. The additional services will support the development of concepts for improvement based on previous analysis results and public comments and feedback, conduct additional public involvement, and finalize an implementation plan for improvements.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1002-072-2661-3197.
APPROVALS:
The Transportation Planning Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On August 30, 2025, the Board approved the selection of HDR Engineering, Inc. to provide Continuing Professional Transportation Planning Services for the Public Works Department Transportation Planning Division.
Task Authorization No.3 was executed on December 24, 2025, in the amount of $27,756.51 for Continuing Professional Transportation Planning Servies for the Hall Road Safety & Congestion Management Study.
