PROCUREMENT:
This change order provides for additional services of work for Professional Traffic Engineering Services for the roundabout study and design and post-design of construction plans and miscellaneous roadway improvements at the intersection of Tattant Boulevard at Village Lake. The scope of the additional services includes professional engineering services to produce design plans to implement a roundabout for the intersection for the completed study. The change order adds one year to the contract time, for a total of 39 months. The change order was anticipated because the study was needed to properly identify all work items, including right of way utility relocation needs for the project to avoid design scope creep. This project is located in District 1.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 0001-068-2422-3110.

The Traffic Engineering Division concurs with this recommendation.
