Approval of the Membership and Mission Review Board's recommendations for advisory board reappointments and appointments. (Agenda Development Office)
A. Affordable Housing Advisory Board: Reappointment of Anthony Peral and the appointment of Luis A. Sousa-Lazaballet in the banking or mortgage banking industry representative category with terms expiring June 30, 2028. Note: Anthony Peral will now serve in the Orange County Resident representative category, succeeding Johnmichael J. Fernandez.
B. Arts and Cultural Affairs Advisory Council: Reappointment of David Forrest in the District 5 representative category with a term expiring June 30, 2028.
C. Building Codes Board of Adjustments and Appeals: Appointment of Fulvio Romano to succeed Zachary T. Kasky in the architect representative category and James C. Dowdy in the electrical engineer or electrical contractor representative category with terms expiring December 31, 2027.
D. Community Development Advisory Board: Appointment of Dianna Shade-Herron to succeed Erica Atterbury in the District 6 representative category with a term expiring June 30, 2028.
E. Development Advisory Board: Reappointment of Robert A. Bias in the licensed landscape architect representative category, Kelly S. Eger in the environmental specialist representative category, and Oluwaseun Falade in the general contractor representative category with terms expiring June 30, 2028.
F. Neighborhood Grants Advisory Board: Appointment of Anthony D. Lloyd to succeed Daniel J. Elliott in the District 5 representative category with a term expiring June 30, 2027.
