The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Sandpiper Glen. This is a one lot plat located at the southeast corner of the intersection of East Colonial Drive (SR 50) and the Central Florida Greeneway (SR 417).
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Colonial Greens Planned Development/Colonial Greens Multi-Family Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on October 20, 2021, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
