The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT: N/A

 

PURPOSE: Orange County Investments, LLC (Owner) is constructing a new hotel on property within Orange County’s (County) wastewater service territory.  Construction includes an offsite wastewater force main (Facilities) that will be built by the Owner within the Central Florida Expressway (CFX) right-of-way and donated to the County.  CFX requires a utility permit for the work within CFX right-of-way.  By executing this utility permit, the County also agrees to own and maintain the Facilities within the CFX right-of-way. 

The County Attorney’s Office and Risk Management Division reviewed this utility permit and find it acceptable as to form. Utilities Department staff recommends approval.
