PURPOSE: Rollins College, a private institution in Winter Park, Florida, offers accredited programs in various fields of study and seeks to provide students with real-world experience through experiential learning placements (also known as “internships” or “externships”). Orange County has previously served as a host agency, and Rollins College wishes to continue placing students with experiential learning placements that are relevant to the College’s programs of study.

The Affiliation Agreement establishes an Experiential Learning Placement Program to support student placements in a manner that benefits both the College’s academic programs and County operations. The new Agreement will be effective January 1, 2026  and will remain in effect through September 30, 2026. There is no cost to the County.
