The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT: Town of Eatonville Community Redevelopment Agency

 

PURPOSE: On August 13, 2024, the Board approved the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan for housing and community development programs, to include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Action Plan utilizes some of the CDBG funds to support capital improvements related to rehabilitation of public facilities that provide services to low to moderate income individuals and families. The proposed project covers general construction activities and improvements related to the renovation of a public facility that will provide economic development services and a small business incubator. Upon completion, the facility will serve as a central hub for career resources to create a direct pipeline for workforce development, job training and placement services. The agreement has been reviewed by the County Attorney’s Office as to form.
