The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests approval of the Preliminary Plat of Osprey Ranch Phase 2. This is a 71 lot plat located on the northwest corner at the intersection of Westhaven Oaks Drive and Field Daisy Drive.
K. Hovnanian Osprey Ranch, LLC., has requested authorization to submit residential permits pursuant to “Expedited Process for Issuing Residential Building Permits Before a Final Plat is Recorded” as provided for in Section 177.073 Florida Statutes and Section 34-75 Orange County Code.
Approval of this Preliminary Plat has been recommended by the Development Review Committee on June 11, 2025, per the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-75(k) of the Orange County Code.
