The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

PURPOSE:
Public Works Department staff has solicited construction services for the intersection of Tiny Road at Tilden Road. The project will improve the intersection of Tiny Road and Tilden Road by replacing the current three-way stop with a new traffic signal and widening both roads from two to three lanes within the project limits. Work includes milling and resurfacing, adding curb and gutter, installing new and replacement sidewalks with ADA-compliant ramps, and upgrading pedestrian features. Signal improvements will provide modern technology such as CCTV cameras, vehicle and pedestrian detection, illuminated signs, and a mast arm assembly. Additional enhancements include thermoplastic striping, roadway signage, and drainage improvements with swales, a new wet detention pond, and supporting structures to improve stormwater management. The project length is 0.53 miles.
