PURPOSE: The Health Services Department is requesting approval and execution of the Subrecipient Agreement (Contract #: 24034-C) between the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) and Orange County, Florida for the Supportive Replication (SURE) of Housing Interventions in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.  The SURE Housing Initiative provides rapid rehousing services for youth and young adults (aged 18 to 24) with HIV experiencing unstable housing in Orange County.  The SURE Housing Initiative allows us to implement low barrier interventions that promote long-term housing stability for eligible clients.  This agreement is being funded by CSH with funds from the Health Resources and Services Administration.  This is the third year of a four-year initiative with an estimated budget of $250,000 a year.  The service period is August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025.
