PURPOSE:
Submitted for approval and execution is the Third Amendment to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement between Orange County and the State of Florida Department of Transportation.  

This Third Amendment adds six new devices for compensation included in the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement, defining the maintenance and responsibilities roles between both agencies for additional payment for new services to be rendered. The Agreement has been amended as follows: Agreement paragraphs 1, 3, 6, 12, 31, and 35 are amended, superseded, and replaced in their entirety with the new paragraphs 1, 3, 6, 12, 31, and 35. Agreement exhibits A, B, and C are amended, superseded, and replaced in their entirety with new Exhibits A, B, and C. All terms and conditions of the original Amendment will remain in effect. 

The Traffic Engineering Division and the County Attorney’s Office have completed the review of the Third Amendment to Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement and find it acceptable.
