PURPOSE:
The Roadway Agreement Committee has reviewed a Right of Way Agreement for Special Hearts Farm, Inc., Avalon Road ("Agreement”) by and between Special Hearts Farm, Inc. (“Owner”), and Orange County for the dedication of right-of-way for the future road widening of Avalon Road (C.R. 545). Within 120 days of the effective date of this Agreement, Owner shall convey in fee simple 15,962 square feet (0.366 acres) of right-of-way by plat dedication or general warranty deed. For the dedication, the Owner will receive a total of $36,600 in transportation impact fee credits based on the approved appraisal value of $100,000 per acre.
The Roadway Agreement Committee recommended approval on January 7, 2026. The Specific Project Expenditure Report and Relationship Disclosure Forms are on file with the Transportation Planning Division.
