The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Nona Center. This is a one-lot plat located approximately 575 feet southeast of the intersection at Kirby Smith Road and Narcoossee Road.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of Nona Center Planned Development - Nona Center Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on February 13, 2021, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
