The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Presentation of 2024 Charter Review Commission Final Report

PURPOSE: On January 24, 2023, the Board approved Resolution 2023-M-02 appointing the 2024 Charter Review Commission (CRC). The CRC approved its final report on May 30, 2024. At the August 13, 2024 Board meeting, CRC Chairperson Homer Hartage will present an overview of the CRC’s deliberations and the charter proposals being placed on the November ballot. The report was delivered to the Board under separate cover by the Clerk’s Office.
