The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Interior Contract Services (ICS) - $66,090.32. This request is for purchasing new furniture to replace outdated and inappropriately sized furniture for 11 offices. The existing furniture was moved from the old SID building where the office square footage was nearly double the current office space. The existing furniture is also piecemealed from various locations and is more than 20 years old. The replacement of this furniture is an attempt to standardize the office and cubicle equipment throughout the agency and create a more functional workspace for mainly civilian employees attached to the Narcotics section.
