Approval of Contract Y26-2012, Provision of Community Services with Total Restoration Transformation Center, Inc., in the total contract award amount of $300,000 for a three-year term. ([Community and Family Services Department Citizens' Commission for Children Division] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide funds for supportive services for children of incarcerated parents. The goal of the program is to engage youth identified as at-risk of becoming or is currently involved with the juvenile justice system due to elevated risk factors of parental or guardian incarceration. The program promotes positive behaviors and interaction in the family and social environments, emphasizing the achievement of attainable goals including, but not limited to, increased academic success, reduction of involvement in delinquent or destructive behaviors, prevention or reduction of anti-social behaviors, and reduction of delinquent recidivism. The performance period is October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028.

Funding is available in account number 0001-062-2414-8610.
APPROVALS:
The Citizens' Review Panel for Human Services recommended Total Restoration Transformation Center, Inc. to receive funding to provide these services. The Citizens' Commission for Children Division (CCC) concurs with the funding recommendation. Total Restoration Transformation Center, Inc. has previously been awarded funding by the CCC, since October 2020, to provide ex-offender re-entry services, as well as supportive services for children of incarcerated parents.
