The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. SUBJECT: Presentation of the Proposed Transportation Capital Expenditures by Public Works
BACKGROUND:
Section 504. A. of the Orange County Charter provides that no later than the second Friday of January of each year, the TransMAC shall be provided the County’s draft Proposed Expenditures, together with detailed documentation concerning the draft Proposed Expenditures, including project name, commission district, location, type, amount, and supporting documentation, as applicable. No later than January 31 of each year, TransMAC shall hold a meeting at which the relevant County departments will make a presentation to TransMAC concerning the draft Proposed Expenditures.
