The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
This procurement will facilitate the purchase of a new patch truck to allow the Roads and Drainage Division to take care of potholes and other asphalt related repairs across the County. The new unit will be replacing an older unit that has met its useful life and ensure that the County can meet and take care of the needs of Orange County citizens and our guests in a timely manner.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 5896-019-8641-6430. This procurement is federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act.
APPROVALS:
The Roads and Drainage Division concurs with the recommendation.
REMARKS:
Three bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and were evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness.
