Selection of Ardurra Group, Inc., CDM Smith, Inc., Drummond Carpenter, PLLC., Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., and Halff Associates, Inc. to provide Continuing Professional Engineering Stormwater Management Services, Request for Proposals Y24-911-CR.
Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate and execute the final contracts to establish hourly rates for future requirements for an initial three-year term with two one-year renewals. ([Public Works Department Stormwater Management Division] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
The contracts will provide professional engineering stormwater management services to implement drainage improvements throughout Orange County. Services may include stormwater management analysis, surveys, design work, plan preparations, permitting, construction administration and others as listed in the scope of work. The projects will be located throughout Orange County.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1023-072-2753-6330.
DISCUSSION:
Services will be assigned as needed and accomplish a specific task described in a detailed scope of work for the task. The tasks to be conducted under this contract may include, but are not limited to, hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrogeological, geotechnical, environmental, and economic analysis, report generation, field survey and data collection, field testing and sampling, preliminary and final design of stormwater improvement projects, regulatory permitting, public information program support services, construction and contract admini...
