PURPOSE: To continue to provide access, operation, and maintenance of mooring and fishing docks and a boat ramp on Lakes Carlton and Beauclair.

REMARKS: A portion of Trimble Park is owned by Orange County and the remainder is leased to the County from the State of Florida.
The property subject to this Lease is sovereign submerged land owned by the State. The County's use of the property shall be solely for the permitted docks and boat ramp.
This five-year Lease Renewal will enable the Parks and Recreation Division to continue to operate boat mooring and fishing docks and a boat ramp on Lakes Carlton and Beauclair in Trimble Park through January 24, 2029.
