The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
This amendment adds funds to support the County's operational needs based on contract usage to date. Multiple locations required replacement installation and/or component upgrades as the units exceeded the life expectancy cycle.

FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers: 0001-043-1713-3810, 0001-043-1715-3810, 0001-043-1717-3810, 0001-043-1718-3810, and 0001-043-1719-3810.

APPROVALS:
The Facilities Management Division concurs with this recommendation.

REMARKS:
On May 10, 2021, the Board authorized award of Invitation for Bids Y21-135 Lot A, to Climate Control Mechanical Services in the estimated contract amount of $739,750 for a one-year term with further approval for the Procurement Division to renew the contract for four additional one-year terms.
Previous contract amendments are as follows:

* Amendment No. 1: Increased the contract in the amount of $50,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $789,750.
* Amendment No. 2: Increased the contract in the amount of $100,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $889,750. Board approval was obtained on April 26, 2022.
* Amendment No. 3: Renewed the contract for a period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
