The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests approval of the Preliminary Plat of Serenade at Ovation Phase 3. This is a 107 lot plat located at the northeast corner at the intersection of Serene Glade Road and Peaceful Melody Drive.
DFC BB Groves, LLC has requested authorization to submit residential permits pursuant to “Expedited Process for Issuing Residential Building Permits Before a Final Plat is Recorded” as provided for in Section 177.073 Florida Statutes and Section 34-75 Orange County Code.
Approval of this Preliminary Plat has been recommended by the Development Review Committee on June 11, 2025, per the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-75(k) of the Orange County Code.
