The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

PROJECT: Central Florida Family Health Center, Inc., (dba True Health) and Primrose Center, Inc.

PURPOSE: On August 13, 2024, the Board approved the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan for housing and community development programs, to include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grants, funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Annual Action Plan utilizes CDBG funds to support capital improvements related to the rehabilitation of public facilities that provide services and/or affordable housing to low-to-moderate-income individuals and families. Orange County must execute Subrecipient Agreements with Central Florida Family Health Center, Inc., (dba True Health) for general construction activities at a health facility located at 11881-A E. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32826 and Primrose Center, Inc. for general construction activities at 2733 S. Fern Creek Ave., Orlando, FL 32806. The County Attorney's Office has reviewed the agreement as to form.
