The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE: The EMS Office of the Medical Director requests approval and execution of the Paratransit Services License for Florida Hospital Waterman, Inc. d/b/a AdventHealth Waterman Special Transportation.  Florida Hospital Waterman, Inc. d/b/a AdventHealth Waterman Special Transportation has submitted the attached renewal application requesting approval of a Paratransit Services License to provide wheelchair/stretcher service within Orange County.  The EMS Office of the Medical Director has determined that all requirements have been met by Florida Hospital Waterman, Inc. d/b/a AdventHealth Waterman Special Transportation as contained in Orange County Ordinance 2001-09.  All interested and appropriate persons have been notified of this renewal application.
