The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

REMARKS: The property is located north of SR 417 and east of S. International Drive and is identified by Parcel No.: 36-24-28-5359-00-023 ("Property"). Property appears to have platted unnamed roadways that were never improved upon and is vacant, zoned A-1, Citrus Rural, with a Low Density Residential future land use and rectangular in shape. The appraisal reported 5.56 gross acres and consists of 0.54 wetlands acres per the Land Cover map provided by EPD. Property is located within Zone "X" of FEMA Flood Map 12095C0605F.
