PROCUREMENT:
This amendment will extend the contract for the period of March 1, 2025 through May 22, 2025 and adds funding to support services during the contract extension period to ensure continuity of services while a procurement process is completed. Invitation for Bids (IFB) Y24-1056 was issued, however both bidders were deemed non-responsible during technical evaluation, therefore no award could occur, resulting in the solicitation being cancelled. A new IFB is active and scheduled to close in February.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1002-072-2906-3816.
APPROVALS:
The Roads and Drainage Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On June 8, 2021, the Board authorized award of Contract Y21-131 to USA Services of Florida, Inc. in the amount of $1,227,552 for a one-year term. The Board also authorized two additional one-year renewals.
Previous contract amendments are as follows:
Amendment No. 1: Renewed the contract for the period of July 10, 2022 through July 9, 2023. There was no change to the contract amount.
Amendment No. 2: Renewed the contract for the period of July 10, 2023 through July 9, 2024. The contract total was increased by $48,399.84, for a revised estimated contract amount of $1,275,951.84.
