The subject LAP-funded CEI contract Y19-816B (430225-4-68-01), was executed before construction of the corresponding construction project was placed on hold in 2021. The construction project has since been re-bid under Invitation for Bids Y24-722. The resulting construction contract was approved for award by the Board and executed on July 20, 2026.
To align the CEI contract with the revised construction schedule, an amendment has been prepared to extend the duration of Contract Y19-816B by 400 days. The amendment will also update the original 2019 unit rates to the negotiated 2026 rates as approved by the Florida Department of Transportation, utilizing their pre-approved multipliers.
