PROJECT:

PURPOSE: The Orange County Corrections Department and the County Jail Inspections Team conduct reciprocal inspections for participant Counties included as signatories to the Agreement.  Inspections teams consist of trained peer inspectors and utilize the Florida Model Jail Standards to evaluate compliance of corrections management, operations, and performance of the participant agency’s jail and medical functions.  No funding is required from Orange County.
