PROCUREMENT:
This amendment will renew the contract for the performance period of October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, and add funding to support the renewal performance period. It also replaces Exhibit A-1 Scope of Services in its entirety with Exhibit A-2 Scope of Services and replaces Exhibit B (Rv.6) Budget in its entirety by Exhibit B (Rv.7) Budget.

Funding is available in account number 0001-062-2504-8610.
APPROVALS:
The Mental Health and Homelessness Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On August 24, 2021, the Board authorized award of Contract Y22-2000 to Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, Inc. in the total contract award amount of $650,000 for a one-year term with authorization to renew the contract for four additional one-year terms.
The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is the largest provider of homeless sheltering services in Central Florida. Additionally, they are currently the only shelter within Orange County providing services through the Housing and Urban Development Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System of which Orange County is a participant.
