The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
Pursuant to the adopted budget for FY 2025-26, Orange County has appropriated a total of $95,275,909 for the provision of LYNX transit services throughout the County. The proposed Service Funding Agreement provides for the necessary transit services to continue operating and outlines the respective obligations of the County and LYNX as the transit provider. The Agreement further stipulates the terms associated with the operating and capital expenditures to deliver the required transit needs.
