The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
This amendment adds professional engineering and design services for design of an additional mast arm pole at the intersection of Tradeshow Blvd. and Universal Blvd. and necessary geotechnical borings and lighting design for Tradeshow Blvd., as requested by the Orlando Utilities Commission. Additionally, structural design for deep culvert junction box access ladder and changes to the roadway plans are necessary due to the relocation of the Orange County Convention Center's intersection, since it conflicts with the Duke Energy easement, right-of-way survey to extend parcel 1001, and update right-of-way maps as necessary as a result of the above changes. As a result, the contract time will be extended by 330 days.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1246-072-5160-6311.
APPROVALS:
The Public Works Engineering Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On January 25, 2022, the Board approved the selection of DRMP, Inc. Contract Y22-802, was executed in the total amount of $1,196,421.84, which encompasses Engineering Design Services for Tradeshow Boulevard (From Destination Parkway To Universal Boulevard).
