Ratification of Amendment No. 1, Master Agreement Y21-1099, AT&T Switched Ethernet, with AT&T, in the amount of $2,065,920, for a revised total contract amount of $5,249,081. ([Administration and Fiscal Services Department Information Systems and Services Division] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
This amendment extends the master agreement for a period of five years and increases the contract total to continue ethernet services and the provision of voice, data, and internet services for remote sites throughout the County. The effective date of the agreement is September 3, 2026.
FUNDING:
Funds are available in account number 0001-031-0562-3720.
APPROVALS:
The Information Systems and Services Division concurs with the recommendation.
