The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Greeneway Park Parcel 6B. This is a one-lot plat located approximately 1500 feet southeast of the intersection at Wyndham Lakes Boulevard and J Lawson Boulevard.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Ginn Property Planned Development - Parcel 6B - Master Infrastructure Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on April 24, 2024, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
