REMARKS: Orange County entered into a Lease Agreement with Hanging Moss SPE, LLC, approved by the Board of County Commissioners on June 2, 2015, as amended by the First Amendment to Net Warehouse Lease approved by the Board of County Commissioners August 4, 2015, for warehouse space located at 6136 Hanging Moss Road, Suites 200-270, Orlando, Florida 32807 (Lease).
The property transferred ownership on October 11, 2016, from Hanging Moss SPE, LLC to Golden Moss, LLC. The lease was renewed on May 19, 2020.
