The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Elysian at Seidel Multifamily. This is a one-lot plat located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Seidel Road and Avalon Road (CR 545).
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Elysian Planned Development - Elysian Luxury Living Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on August 10, 2021, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
