Approval of the Tourist Development Tax Sports Incentive Committee's recommendations for sports incentive funding pursuant to the terms and conditions of funding agreements between Visit Orlando and the following applicants and authorization for Visit Orlando to enter into such agreements as follows: (1) $100,000 per year, up to $300,000 total, to Greater Orlando Sports Commission to be used as bid fees for the 2026-2028 Naismith Hall of Fame Orlando College Basketball Doubleheader to be held in December each of the three years, with funding in the second and third years contingent upon confirmation of at least 5,000 room nights generated in the prior year; (2) Up to $3,000,000 per year, for a total amount of up to $9,000,000, to Florida Citrus Sports to be used as bid fees for 2028-2030 College Football Kickoff Game in August or September of each of the three years, with the amount of the incentive for each year's game determined as follows: $1,500,000 per team in the game in the top 25 of the three-year average of Nielsen viewership data, and $500,000 per team in the game in the top 50 of the three-year average of Nielsen viewership data; (3) $3,575,000 to Florida Citrus Sports to be used as bid fees and for marketing for the 2027-2031 Florida Blue Florida Classic to be held in November of each of the four years with the payment amounts allocated annually as follows: 2027 - $705,000, 2028 - $710,000, 2029 - $715,000, 2030 - $720,000, 2031 - $725,000; (4) $650,000 to Florida Citrus Sports to be used as bid fees for the 2028 and 2029 Pop Warner Super Bowl and Cheer and Dance National Championships to be held in December of each year with the payment amounts allocated as $32...
