The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Good Commercial at Vistana. This is a one lot plat located at the northwest corner of the intersection of State Road 535 and Vistana Centre Drive.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Vistana Planned Development/Vistana Parcel 11 & 14 Office Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on September 8, 2021, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
