The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: Orange County is entering into an agreement with The Orlo Vista Chamber of Commerce to access the property located at 38 S. Hastings Street, Orlando, Florida 32835. This access will allow the County to complete stormwater system repairs to the property for the benefit of the owner.
