PROJECT: FY 2025 Cenfluence Grant Agreement
PURPOSE: The purpose of the amendment is to update the payment terms and reduce the total contract amount. The revision changes the previous language, which specified two equal payments of $283,250, totaling $566,500, to reflect a new County contribution of $511,269.76. Under the amendment, the County’s contribution shall be made in two installments with the first installment not to exceed $146,442 and the second installment not to exceed $364,827.76, thereby decreasing the contract by $55,230.24.
