PURPOSE: The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) is composed of seven members, one appointed from each of the county commission districts upon recommendation of the district commissioner and one appointed at large upon recommendation of the County Mayor. All appointments must be confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners.

There is a vacancy for a District 4 representative on the BZA due to the final term expiration of Deborah Moskowitz. Commissioner Gomez Cordero is requesting Board confirmation of her appointment of Glenn B. Rubinstein to succeed Ms. Moskowitz with a term expiring December 31, 2026.

In addition, the term of Thomas Moses, District 1 representative, has expired. Commissioner Wilson is requesting Board confirmation of her reappointment of Mr. Moses with a term expiring December 31, 2026.
