Selection of Carollo Engineers, Inc. to provide Continuing Program Management Services for Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Facilities, Request for Proposals Y25-900-ZR.
Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate the professional services rates and execute a one-year contract to provide the services for future requirements. Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to renew the contract for four additional one-year terms. ([Utilities Department Engineering Division] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide ongoing program management services for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water facilities. It will encompass a range of planning, engineering, and management services necessary to continue implementing the capital improvement program for the Utilities Department. This project is located in all districts.
FUNDING:
Task authorizations associated with this continuing contract will be funded by the County on an as needed basis.
APPROVALS:
The Utilities Engineering and Business Development Divisions concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
One proposal was received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and was evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. To ensure an open and competitive solicitation process, the RFP was posted to the County's e-procurement platform.
