PROJECT: Multicultural Center for Design & Innovation and Senior Center Construction
PURPOSE: To provide funding for additional construction services to complete the capital improvements.
BUDGET: Accounting Line Numbers: 5896-019-0162-6210 and 0001-023-0529-6210
JUSTIFICATION/DISCUSSION:
This Change Order provides for the purchase, installation, and integration of additional specialized equipment required for the Orange County Innovation Center that was not included in the original construction contract. The added equipment supports the Center’s intended technology, fabrication, multimedia, virtual reality, and interactive programming capabilities and is necessary to provide a fully functional facility consistent with the County’s operational objectives.
