Approval to award Invitation for Bids Y26-153-MV, Staff Augmentation – Administrative, to the low responsive and responsible bidders, BJ Concepts, Inc., in the estimated total contract amount of $2,500,000 for a five-year term, Blue Arbor, Inc., in the estimated contract amount of $2,500,000 for a five-year term, Naztec International Group, L.L.C., in the estimated contract amount of $2,500,000 for a five-year term, and 22nd Century Technologies, Inc., in the estimated contract amount of $2,500,000 for a five-year term. The total budget for all contract awards is $10,000,000 for the five-year term.
In the event the bidders recommended above fail to achieve timely compliance with pre-award deliverables, as defined in the Invitation for Bids, including, but not limited to, State Division of Corporations registration, E-verify, insurance and bonds, further request authorization for the Procurement Division to award to the next low responsive and responsible bidder as listed in the bid tabulation herein, to the extent practicable and advantageous to the County. PROCUREMENT:
The contracts are used throughout the county to provide various administrative support positions such as administrative assistant, administrative office coordinator, administrative specialist, contracts specialist, human resources advisor, senior fiscal clerk, sourcing coordinator, weighmaster and procurement coordinator.
