The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
Work under the contracts consists of the construction of traffic calming devices, pedestrian safety improvements, and roadway improvements. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the construction of concrete curbs, traffic calming islands, speed humps, speed tables, raised crosswalks, pedestrian ramps, tum lane extensions, miscellaneous landscaping and various associated minor roadway safety improvements. Work will be issued on an as-needed basis throughout Orange County.

REMARKS:
Two bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids and evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. On December 30, 2025 a scope confirmation meeting was held with Mercon Construction Company, at which they confirmed their understanding of the scope and pricing.
