The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. SUBJECT: Revised Local Administrative Procedures
BACKGROUND:
Due to the recent passage of House Bill 7031 by the Florida legislature, the Orange County Value Adjustment Board is required to revise its Local Administrative Procedures to ensure compliance with the new legislative requirements that do not conflict with, change, expand, suspend, or negate the rules adopted in other provisions of law.
