Approval and execution of Sculpture on the Lawn Donation Agreement by and between Orange County, Florida and Manuel Ferreiro Badia. (Arts and Cultural Affairs Office)

PURPOSE: The Public Art Review Board, with staff support from the Arts and Cultural Affairs Office, has selected sculptures for an annual exhibition on the lawn of the Orange County Administration Center. This temporary outdoor sculpture program is open to artists who have carved sculptural pieces. Manuel Ferreiro Badia’s artwork, “Compostela, a fractal study of a shell,” was part of the 2025 Sculpture on the Lawn Exhibition. This donation agreement will accept the donation of the sculpture to be placed at the Tangelo Park Community Center by Orange County, Florida.
