The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Pine Hills Local Government Neighborhood Improvement District Advisory Council (the “Council”) is composed of seven members: two nominated by the Mayor, one nominated by the District 2 Commissioner, one nominated by the District 6 Commissioner, two nominated by the Pine Hills Community Council (“Council”), and one nominated by the Pine Hills Safe Neighborhood Partnership. Representatives must be property owners or residents within the boundaries of the Pine Hills Local Government Neighborhood Improvement District. The Board appoints all Council members. Terms are for three years.
The term of one of the Council’s representatives, Pamela N. Seetaram, has expired. The Council has nominated Ms. Seetaram for reappointment with a term expiring June 30, 2027.
