The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:

This amendment adds recurring eight cubic yard solid waste and recycle services for three fire stations inadvertently omitted from the contract.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 1009-03400672-3710

APPROVALS:

The Fire Department concurs with this request.

REMARKS:

The Board approved award of Y25-115C on March 25, 2025, in an estimated contract award amount of $2,157,692.90 for a five-year term. This contract provides waste disposal and recycling services for Fire Rescue owned and operated facilities.  Collection services for two container sizes and frequency were inadvertently omitted at the time of solicitation.

Previous contract amendments are as follows:

Amendment No. 1: Modified the contract commencement date to April 1, 2025 and the contract service period to begin June 1, 2025 to allow a transition period. The contract amount remained unchanged.

Amendment No. 2: Added a line for waste and recycle services for multiple fire locations. The contract amount remained unchanged.
