The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
Orange County and the Dr. Phillips Foundation have collaboratively developed a median enhancement plan for Dr. Phillips Boulevard. The proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding installation and maintenance of median trees by and between the Rotary Club of Dr. Phillips Foundation, Inc. and Orange County, Florida delineates the respective roles and responsibilities of the County and the Foundation. Under the MOU. The Foundation will fund the design, purchase, and install the trees. The County will purchase and assume responsibility for installation oversight and perpetual maintenance of the improvements.
The County Attorney’s Office has reviewed the MOU and approved as to form.
