PROJECT: N/A

PURPOSE: As part of their infrastructure improvements, Hamlin Partners at Silverleaf, LLC (the "Developer") commenced constructing improvements at and near the intersection of Avalon Road and Porter Road under Orange County Permit number 22-E-095 ("Permit") and based on the Town Center West (Silverleaf) Road Network Agreement. Roadway Plans for the Permit required relocating two Conserv II Air Release Valves and two Conserv II Pump Out structures within the right-of-way (ROW) and abandoning one Conserv II Pump Out structure (the "Conserv Utility Work"). The Roadway Plans for the Permit also required relocating two County-owned Air Release Valves (the "County Utility Work"). All Conserv Utility Work and County Utility Work are within the County ROW.

This project also supports the Hamlin Town Center Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine (OCOM), and Porter Road must remain open to traffic for access to the new OCOM Medical College in the Silverleaf Development on the west side of the Porter Road Extension. Because of this, the project was pulled from the CIP Horizon West Town Center Project for the widening of CR 545 (Avalon Road) as an advanced/accelerated project by the Developer.
